Countryside’s Central Station

Countryside Lock & Alarms has its very own central alarm system monitoring station. We are proud to announce that we do not subcontract or sell our monitored accounts to outside monitoring companies. You can rest assured that when you begin your service with Countryside, you will always have Countryside assisting your needs, not someone from an answering service or a private call station.

What is Alarm System Monitoring?

Countryside’s alarm monitoring service is very beneficial and strongly recommended as it allows your alarm system to be properly monitored by personnel who are very knowledgeable about the equipment, so your system can be properly maintained, updated and repaired as needed.

The monitoring service primarily watches your alarm system electronically for any alarms, faulty equipment notifications, power losses and trouble signals. When the user’s alarm system is triggered into alarm or trouble, your alarm panel simultaneously sends a signal to Countryside’s central monitoring station where our trained professionals are able to quickly respond and give you the help or assistance that you need. In the event of emergency, such as a fire alarm or a burglary alarm, if our office cannot contact the owners at the residence/business then we will dispatch the proper authority (fire/police/medical) to assure the occupants safety. Countryside Lock & Alarms is adamant that safety should always come first.

The alarm system monitoring service gives the owners the peace of mind that someone is always just a call away during an emergency, an alarm or even when you just have questions about your alarm system.

Benefits of Alarm System Monitoring

  1. Chances of being burglarized reduced 300-400%!
  2. Save up to 20% off your homeowners insurance.
  3. Protection for your home and family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  4. An extra set of eyes on your home and property when your not there or cannot hear the alarm.
  5. Peace of mind knowing what matters most to you is protected.

Reduce the chance of being a victim in your own home by always remembering to turn on your security system every time you leave the home and at night when you go to bed.

Arming your alarm system will greatly reduce the chance of someone being in your home waiting for you when you return and deter those who try to break in even when you are. If you have the alarm monitoring service with your security system, not only will the alarm siren help scare off intruders but your system will also alert our monitoring station to dispatch the proper authorities to assist in your safety.

Testing Your System with Alarm Monitoring

We do regular tests on your alarm system to assure your receiving quality alarm monitoring from our Central Station. This will allow us to assure you and your family that our service is working, is available and reliable.

Your alarm system is pre-programmed to auto test itself each week. Our service technicians will also do a yearly test and service to all alarm systems that are covered by a service contract.
